I have a question about product ingredients

SOL Therapeutic is committed to providing effective skin care that is safe to both the consumer and the environment. All ingredients are listed on each product label and web page.

NON-GMO
SOL has created all natural, non-GMO products. We undergo an extensive search into every ingredient's origin to ensure that it does not come from GMO crops.

VEGAN
The majority of our products are vegan, except those that contain honey. All of our products are vegetarian.

ORGANIC
We use organic and/or USDA certified organic ingredients when they are available and best suited for a product. We choose the safest, most natural version of all ingredients. Organic ingredients are listed on each product's label and webpage.

HYPOALLERGENIC
There are no hypoallergenic standards or testing. Hypoallergenic means only that the manufacturer declares that the product is less likely to cause an allergic reaction. This is also the case in the statements ‘Allergy Tested' and ‘Sensitivity Tested'. Despite all the reassurances and claims that a company may give regarding their products in terms of allergy reactivity, nothing is 100% guaranteed to be non-reactive.

ANIMAL TESTING
SOL has never and will never conduct animal testing. We only use ingredients that are not tested on animals.

ESSENTIAL OILS
SOL uses doTERRA and REVIVE essential oils in our products.

EXPIRATION DATES
All products are made by hand-in house within a day or two of placing your order. Most SOL Therapeutic products last 6-8 months. Use by dates are listed on each product label and web site page.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS
If you are concerned you may have had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us immediately regarding the product you purchased. Some skin types do not react well with certain essential oils. Always try a test patch.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process, fulfill and ship, depending on the volume of orders being processed. Delivery via the USPS can take anywhere between 3–5 business days, depending on your location. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

We are a small company, with all of our products being made by hand, in-house. This allows us to maintain the highest quality products possible, and helps us keep our prices low—but does occasionally result in a slightly longer wait time. We also anticipate that during sales it might take longer than normal to receive orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

WHERE DOES SOL THERAPEUTIC SHIP?
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately not at this time.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks or money orders.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Please contact as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.

WHY IS MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NOT BEING ACCEPTED?
The billing address and phone number provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there’s an error, we recommend getting in contact with your banking institution or rechecking the information entered in the required fields.
